The Social Justice Initiative hosted a number of visitors in August 2008 including:
- Dr John Baker (University College, Dublin).
- Dr Linda Barclay (Monash University)
- Professor Garrett Cullity (The University of Adelaide)
- Dr Iwao Hirose (McGill University)
- Dr Adam Swift (University of Oxford)
Dr Hirose will be returning from May-August 2009 as the 2009 Social Justice Initiative visitor.
